Meet Katherine Cosimi, MSN, APN-C

Katherine Cosimi is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional with over 10 years of medical experience. Her background includes family medicine, acute care, spinal cord rehabilitation, and cardiology. Along the way, Katherine developed a passion for preventative and aesthetic medicine.

Katie has a keen aesthetic eye for facial balancing with dermal fillers, collagen stimulators and neurotoxins. As a result, she was selected by Dr. Hughes to join the practice. Dr. Hughes provided extensive training and advanced treatment protocols in facial and body aesthetics to provided optimal patient care and results. At The Hughes Center Katherine provides Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Facial and Body Contouring and Weight Loss Services. Katie continues to advance her skills under the tutelage of Oculoplastic Surgeon Susan M. Hughes, MD, FACS. Katie receive ongoing training from the Allergan Medical Institute, Gain (Galderma Training Center) and RHA Aesthetics to provide the most advanced aesthetic techniques for her patients.

Katherine earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rutgers University and her Master’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. She is a certified Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. Katherine possesses numerous medical certifications and is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Association of Critical Nurses.

In her spare time, Katherine volunteers at Hoops for Hope and the Gift of Life Program that raise funds for cancer research and organ and tissue transplants, respectively. She is an American Heart Walk Captain that raises funds for the American Heart Association. Working out and time at the beach are favorite pass times.
